As you know, the electoral process for the renovation of the Latin America
regional representatives to HIC Board is already started.
Tuesday 15 August, was the original deadline to submit the nominations of
candidates. In order to give the possibility of a broader participation and
to accomplish the presentation of the required documents, it has been
decided to POSTPONE THE DEADLINE UNTIL NEXT MONDAY 21 AUGUST.
We kindly invite you to carefully read all the documents available on
www.hic-al.org, in particular the Electoral Rules and the paragraphs related
to the nomination of candidates.
Once again, we ask for your collaboration by checking all your contact
information on-line in the HIC website, as soon as possible:
hic-net.org/membership. This data base will be used as the eligible
voter list in this electoral process.
