Ana Falú (Vice President, presides the Assembly as replacement for the HIC President, (Kirtee Schah): Report about the previously debated issues (at the Board) of the last electoral process, thematic groups and regions,outlining the problems faced using the electric voting system or the differences in the committees constitution. Therefore it shall be put forward that it is necessary to adhere to the Coalition Statute and make the methods more flexible so that everybody can participate. Summing up what was discussed in the Council, HIC doesn’t wish to exclude members, or networks, or areas, or regions, on the contrary, the Coalition’s spirit is that of including, embracing and to work on criteria and visions together.
