Online transmission of the HIC General Assembly meeting in Tunis

In order to facilitate the utmost participation of all HIC Members and Friends in the upcoming General Assembly meeting on March 28th in Tunis, 4 Ustream channels have been created (in
English, Spanish, French and Arabic) which will allow people who are unable to attend in person to participate online.

The General Assembly will be transmitted in a live
