A questionnaire concerning the proposed new land laws (‘bills’) in Kenya has been completed by a group of NGOs and individuals who have carefully examined the proposed laws. This Q&A will be circulated countrywide for people to present to hearing to be conducted by the Parliamentary Committee. It provides a quick and simple to understand overview of the Kenyan issues.
