Final versions of Letter to WB President Kim and CSO Comments on Safeguard Review

Attached for your reference are the final versions of the Letter to World Bank President Kim and the Initial CSO Comments on the Safeguard Review.

They were sent to President Kim today. The updated initial comments will soon be posted on the World Bank safeguard review website, to replace the November version. The translated versions will also be uploaded shortly.
