Spain warned over construction boom

After spending twelve days in various Spanish cities, UN consultant, Miloon Kothari, will publish his final report on housing in Spain in about three months, which will be presented both to the Spanish government and the United Nations.

When asked about corruption at a press conference in Madrid on December 1fts, Mr Kothari expressed the view that Marbella “is merely the tip of the iceberg,” and there appears to be a “complete lack of understanding between the central government and the various autonomous regions, which leads to a considerable conflict of interest.”
